Cancellation Period: Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking and are adjusted based on the time of cancellation.
House Rules:
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is set from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests allowed is set to 14 individuals as per property regulations.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed on the premises.
Smoking Policy: A strict no-smoking policy is enforced inside the property. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
Noise and Behavior: Guests are expected to adhere to noise ordinances and respect the peaceful enjoyment of the property.

Force Majeure: In unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, the property owner may modify or cancel reservations without liability.
Property Access: The property management reserves the right to access the premises for maintenance or emergency reasons, with prior notification whenever possible.
