Terms And Conditions

Booking and Payment:

• Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount. Full payment is required 14 days prior to check-in.
• Payment Terms: Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards. Payments made within 14 days of check-in must be made via credit/debit cards.
• Additional Charges: Cleaning fees and security deposits, if applicable, are clearly outlined in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation Period: Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking and are adjusted based on the time of cancellation.

House Rules:

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is set from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
• Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests allowed is set to 14 individuals as per property regulations.
• Pet Policy: No pets are allowed on the premises.
• Smoking Policy: A strict no-smoking policy is enforced inside the property. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
• Noise and Behavior: Guests are expected to adhere to noise ordinances and respect the peaceful enjoyment of the property.
• Amenities Use: Guidelines for the responsible use of amenities, such as hot tubs and recreational equipment, are provided to ensure safety and proper usage.
• Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Liability waivers are included in the agreement.

General Terms:

• Liability Disclaimer: The property owner and management are not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of guest belongings during the stay.
• Force Majeure: In unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, the property owner may modify or cancel reservations without liability.
• Property Access: The property management reserves the right to access the premises for maintenance or emergency reasons, with prior notification whenever possible.

These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests at Serenity Log House. Guests are encouraged to review and accept these terms before confirming their reservation.
